Having received such a calculation, we will be able, firstly, to develop maritime transportation, since it will be easy to prove their cheapness compared to other modes of transport; secondly, to use tonnage most effectively; thirdly, to influence the factors contributing to the increase in cost and achieve its reduction; fourthly, it is correct to build tariffs for transportation and achieve profitability of the marine fleet.
